Our party location is easily accessible by public transportation - a short walk from either the F or A/C subway. Staying in either downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan will work.

We have blocked rooms at 3 hotels (2 in Brooklyn / 1 in Manhattan) for Friday and Saturday nights. However, we are also providing a list of other places you may wish to stay.

The NEW YORK MARRIOTT AT THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE has 15 rooms blocked. It is located in downtown Brooklyn only a mile from the party and you can easily walk, take subway or grab a cab.

You can reserve accommodations by calling the reservation number which is 1-877-303-0104. Please reference the Liseo/Nienberg Wedding Room Block to receive the group discounted rate, which is around $300 with taxes and fees.

Please note that the last day you can make reservations as part of our discounted room block is 08/01/2014.

If you are driving in, they have parking availability for $25 per day, which I would recommend, as parking in that area is scarce.

We also found an awesome hotel on Wall St. in Manhattan that offered us a comparable rate ($307 including taxes and fees). It's called ANdAZ WALL STREET. It's a boutique hotel owned by the Hyatt, located in downtown Manhattan - so a quick cab ride to the Brooklyn Bridge or over the bridge to Dumbo (which is where the party is). We have rooms blocked here for Thursday 9/11 through Sunday 9/14. They created a special link for our guests to make reservations - check it out here :

For the more budget conscience, the second hotel we blocked is in a less fancy part of town, but is safe and close to public transportation. It's the LA QUINTA INN & SUITES BROOKLYN DOWNTOWN located in the industrial Gowanus area of Brooklyn.

From this location, you can either hop on the F train 5 blocks away, or grab a cab to the venue. Just be sure to allow yourself enough time for car service to Powerhouse Arena and even more time to go across the bridge to Manhattan - there is often a lot of traffic on Fridays.

We're big fans of AIRBNB.COM - it's a website for people to rent out lodging. It could be a cost effective way for a group to travel together and stay in one apartment, or just a fun experience to stay in a locals home in a neighborhood, as opposed to a hotel setting.

The neighborhoods that you'll want to consider for airbnb.com are :

DUMBO / Brooklyn Heights / Cobble Hill / Carroll Gardens / Park Slope / Fort Greene
