TO BROOKLYN BRIDGE ON THE MANHATTAN SIDE /

For the bridge procession we will all convene at the corner of Centre and Chambers Streets next to City Hall Park.  It is across the street from the pedestrian entrance to the bridge.

Are you taking a cab here?  Tell the cabby you are going to the pedestrian entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side and that you're meeting folks on Centre St. (corner of Chambers St.), outside of City Hall Park.

Are you taking the subway here?  You can take the 4/5/6 directly there (if it's convenient from where you're coming from). You can take the R train to City Hall stop and walk across the park to Centre St.  You can also take the 2/3 to Park Pl. and walk toward Broadway and across the park to meet us.  Lastly you can take the A/C to Chambers St. stop and walk toward Broadway and then across the City Hall Park to meet us.

Are you walking?  Since you're all staying in different locations, it's best to google map it and understand the distance and timing.

TO BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK AND POWERHOUSE ARENA /

Both of these places (across the street from one another) are located in the neighborhood called DUMBO. It's an acronym for Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass.

Are you taking a cab here?  Tell the cabby you're going to DUMBO, Brooklyn to Powerhouse Arena, located at 37 Main Street - corner of Main St. and Water St.  *The park (and Jane's Carousel) is right across the street from here.

Are you taking the subway here?  You have a few options. You can take the F train to York Street or the A/C train to High Street Brooklyn Bridge, or the 2/3 to Clark St.  Those are in order of closest to furthest away from venue.

Are you walking?  Since you're all staying in different locations, it's best to google map it and understand the distance and timing.  On the ACCOMODATIONS page I put up a walking map for those staying at Marriott Downtown Brooklyn.
